One small board and open source firmware add Bluetooth, WiFi and ANT+ to your PM3. It broadcasts as a PM5, so every app that already talks to one - ErgData, EXR, Kinomap, the Concept2 Logbook, Home Assistant - just works.

What’s inside

Bluetooth
Broadcasts as a PM5, using your rower’s own serial number - works with any app that already supports one.
Wi-Fi
Optional. Adds the built-in web dashboard, saved workout history, Strava upload and firmware updates over the internet.
ANT+
FE-C broadcast via an add-on USB stick, for apps and head units that pair over ANT+ instead of Bluetooth.
Firmware
Built on ESPHome and open source. Updates itself over WiFi once it’s set up - no cable needed again.
